Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
AZIORX Media ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, message us on WhatsApp, call us or send an email, we receive the details you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, business name, city, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, and whatever you write in your message.
We use this solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors find and use this site. Depending on your consent, these may include:
- Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, time on site, traffic source, approximate location and device type
- Meta Pixel — to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Google Ads conversion tracking — to measure which ads produce enquiries
These tools also record interactions such as clicking a phone number, tapping a WhatsApp button, or submitting a form, so we can tell which pages generate enquiries. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for analytics and advertising measurement as described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally, though our analytics will be less complete.
How long we keep your information
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Client data
Where we manage advertising accounts, social media profiles or Google Business Profiles for clients, we access those accounts through delegated or partner access. Ownership of the accounts and all data within them remains entirely with the client. We do not export, retain or reuse client audience data for any other purpose.
Third parties
We share information only with service providers that make this site and our work function — for example our website host, our form-handling provider, Google and Meta. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else without your permission, unless required by law.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email connect@aziorx.com and we will action the request.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
