Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general basis on which AZIORX Media provides its services. Individual engagements are governed by the specific written scope of work or agreement signed with each client, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
About this website
The content here is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular outcome, nor does it constitute professional advice for your specific situation.
No guarantee of results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your market, your competition, your pricing, your product, seasonality, and the policies and algorithms of platforms such as Google and Meta. We commit to the work described in your scope, executed competently and reported honestly. We do not and cannot guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, reach or return figures, and we would be sceptical of anyone who does.
Advertising spend
Advertising budgets are separate from our management fees. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform through the client's own payment method. We do not mark up, resell or take a commission on advertising spend.
Scope, fees and term
- Deliverables, volumes and shoot days are defined in a written scope agreed before work begins.
- Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are stated in that same document.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and begins only once approved.
- We do not require long lock-in periods. Notice terms are set out in your agreement.
Client responsibilities
To deliver effectively we need timely access to relevant accounts, prompt approvals, and accurate information about your business, products and pricing. Delays in approvals or access will affect timelines, and we cannot be held responsible for results affected by them.
You confirm that any material you provide to us — images, logos, claims, offers, testimonials and product information — is accurate and that you hold the rights to use it.
Ownership
Advertising accounts, social media profiles, Google Business Profiles and the data within them remain the property of the client. Content we produce under a paid engagement belongs to the client on payment. We ask only for permission to reference the work in our portfolio, and we will not name you or publish your results without your consent.
Platform policies
All advertising is subject to the policies of the platforms it runs on. Platforms may reject ads, restrict categories or suspend accounts at their discretion, particularly in regulated sectors such as healthcare. We work within these policies and advise accordingly, but we do not control their decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
